Nero Media Player - in our opinion the
previous version of Nero media player was not very
impressive, this new version is totally different
- it looks better, works better and has much more
functionality.
Nero Toolkit - Ahead have pulled together the
utilities that were previously included with Nero
5.5, tidied them up, added some functionality and
a few new bits and now have a neatly packaged
toolkit of useful CD, CDRW and CD re-write
utilities.
Nero cover designer - an improved version of
what was already a very good product. Nero cover
designer is probably the best software available
for designing labels and covers - and it's
included with Nero for no extra cost!
Nero StartSmart - this is new and makes a
great improvement on the use-ability of Nero. It
is a nicely presented and really easy to use
interface into the products included. You choose
what you want to do from the graphical menus
(buttons) and the application you need opens up.
There are wizards for most things, which makes it
really easy for users to achieve what they want.
This is one area where Nero has been weak against
the Roxio product, but Start Smart overcomes this
to make Nero a very simple to use product.
